Diagnostic-first pricing model
DeviceFix uses paid diagnostics and approval-based repair pricing. Complex faults cannot be priced responsibly before inspection, but clear ranges help clients understand the commercial logic before sending a device.

Repair ranges
- Basic repair: 150–300 RON / 50–100 €
- Board-level repair: 300–1000 RON / 100–300 €
- Complex / industrial case: 1000–3000 RON+ / 300–800 €+
Priority handling
- Priority processing: +30–50% — Queue priority when technically and operationally possible.
- Emergency processing: +70–150% — Limited availability, accepted only for eligible cases.
B2B / batch logic
- 10+ units: up to 10% — Applies when documentation and fault groups are clear.
- 50+ units: up to 20% — Requires agreed workflow and batch intake.
- 100+ units: custom — Priced by repeatability, turnaround and risk.
Rules
- Diagnostics are paid and are not automatically included in repair cost unless explicitly agreed.
- Final repair cost is confirmed only after diagnostics and client approval.
- Data recovery, liquid damage and previous bad repairs are best-effort cases.
- Storage/abandon fees may apply for devices not collected after the agreed period.
