B2B Collaboration Contract Template
This agreement defines operational cooperation between [DeviceFix / Company name] and [Partner company] for technical diagnostics, electronics repair, batch processing, outsourced service or related support.
1. Scope of cooperation
- Board-level diagnostics and repair support.
- Batch intake for phones, tablets, laptops, boards or technical devices.
- Industrial / IoT / business equipment diagnostics when accepted.
- Remote technical review where possible.
2. B2B intake requirements
Each batch or case must include device identification, fault description, previous repair history, accessories, priority level and photos where relevant. Incomplete intake may delay diagnostics.

4. SLA and realistic limits
All target times are operational targets, not absolute guarantees, unless expressly agreed in a signed SLA. Waiting for parts, hidden defects, shipping delays, incomplete information and previous interventions may extend timelines.
5. Confidentiality and client ownership
Each party must protect confidential data, commercial conditions, client information, technical findings and documentation. The partner confirms that all submitted devices are lawfully handled and authorized for service.
6. Transport and risk
Unless otherwise agreed, transport to and from DeviceFix is the partner's responsibility. The sender is responsible for packaging quality and accurate labeling of each device or batch.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the cooperation with written notice. Open cases remain governed by the terms accepted at intake unless mutually agreed otherwise.
