Warranty Policy

Scope

Warranty applies only to the accepted and performed work scope and replaced/repaired components, not to the entire device unless explicitly agreed.

Exclusions

Liquid damage, previous poor repairs, cracked boards, intermittent faults, corrosion, shock damage, misuse and third-party interventions may limit or void warranty.

Testing

Devices should be tested at handover or after delivery. New symptoms outside the accepted fault are treated as separate cases.

Proof

Warranty handling requires request ID, invoice/receipt where applicable and no unauthorized intervention after repair.
