Accepted purpose

Uploads are intended for technical diagnosis: photos, PDFs, screenshots, logs, dumps or configuration exports relevant to the case.

Do not upload

Do not upload identity documents, personal photos, unrelated private files, full password lists, banking data or confidential third-party materials unless required and authorized.

File risks

Uploaded technical files may contain metadata or personal data. Remove what is not necessary before submission.

Retention

Uploads should be deleted or archived according to case closure, warranty/dispute needs and legal retention requirements.
